Jan,

My assumption is that you ran the installer and that you didn't
just try to copy over an already-installed FrameMaker program
directory, correct?

I will also assume that you received no errors from the FrameMaker
installer.

The next question is whether in fact ANY printers are defined on
the system you describe? If not, at least install a "dummy"
PostScript driver instance for the "generic" PostScript printer
to the "FILE:" port. Then let us know if the problem goes away.
