esc seq for update all cross-references

I may have overlooked something, but I could not find an esc sequence 
for updating all cross references, either in a list of esc commands I 
had or in MicroType's handy sheet.

You can get the dialogue with esc-e-U (as well as command-u on a 
Mac). But I was hoping to bypass the dialogue.
