Note, however, that the error is logged even during a read/write rules 
check in which no application is selected,
thus the implication of this bug is that you could not create a correct DTD 
from an EDD, even if that is the only
occasion where the sgmldv is used by FM+SGML.. It's a bug, and it's been 
around through at least two releases
(and possibly all three releases) of FM+SGML.
