I note that the cited web page above states that the XML input
is converted to SGML, which is then passed to FM+SGML's
SGML parser. It doesn't mention what happens, however, if the
XML uses Unicode. If it convers the Unicode into the appropriate
ISO character set entities, then it ought to work.
