I've wondered about that myself, so I just checked by running the
same file in both... no difference at all in the graphics.  I also
checked through the 6.0 docs, and the only control over graphics
is a choice between GIF, JPEG, and PNG; no DPI adjustment setting.
So as far as I can tell, the answer is No, it's still the same
when you Save As HTML from Frame...
