Verify the file properties of the files. (right-click and select properties)
The files may all be read-only. This will be true if you copied them from a CD.
To correct them all just select them all together and choose properties and
uncheck the read-only box.
If the files are in numerous folders, do a find *.fm and select the files and
change the properties from the find dialog.

The converting message means that the files are created in an earlier version of
frame. Open one in a text editor (wordpad for example) if must absolutely know
which version.
