Re: Bleeding thumb tabs and pdf



Sorry to generate extra messages, but if anyone
sent me or the lists anything on the thumb-tabs topic
or the fonts-in-tables topic in the past two hours,
I didn't get it. Server problem. Please resend (just
to me) anything you wanted me to see. Thanks.

Yes, I give away my thumb-tabs implementation,
but to correct my earlier message, it's tab 11 that
lines up with tab 2, it uses only one Running
H/F variable, and as distributed it only gets you to
99 sections (hundreds of lettered appendices,
though) -- and BTW, for reasons I'm trying to
understand, it adds 7.5KB per page to PDF files.
