You cannot convert them directly. Select Table > Add Rows or Columns, then
select "Add 1 row: To Heading" in the dialog. When you get the new, empty
heading row, copy the body row and paste it into the heading row.

Get a copy of "FrameMaker for Dummies". It's on top of page 109 :-)
I cannot find the same info in the ordinary 5.5 User Guide...

BTW, the number of heading and body rows in a table is set when you first
insert the table (see Table > Insert Table). If you don't spacify any
heading rows then, you'll have to use the method I described above.
