In general, you can find fonts in an FM document in 3 different ways:
1. Search for a Character Format with all As Is settings except for
   the font name. Search on body, master and reference pages.
2. Generate a list of references for fonts (like you did).
3. Save to MIF and search the text file for your font name. It
   takes a bit of MIF knowledge to delete or replace it.

In some cases, the only way to find a font is to search the MIF
file. Font references can "hide" in a file in places where the
GUI won't find it. Typically, this is the case for definitions
for default table paragraphs that are stored in table instances,
even though they aren't used.
