CDN: printer recommendations

G'day all:

Can Canadian listers provide recommendations and / or info on their
experiences with printing  houses in Canada? My requirements are: pdf
supplied by me, prepress and offset 150 lpi  (one colour) and binding
etc. services provided by print house.

Any info will be appreciated, off- or on-list.
