If you are in a rush, you might try printing to a *.PS file. In Frame's
print dialog box, select "Print spot colors as black and white." This
usually removes the color information from the file. Distill this *.PS file
and you should have a B&W version of the doc.

Unfortunately, that doesn't necessarily work because not all colors are
spot colors. And if it is under Windows, the alleged B&W is really R=G=B.
