Okay folks, thanks! I stand humbled and
corrected. Of course, the solution was to
make sure that "Draw bottom ruling on last
sheet only" was NOT checked.

I thought I had tested this without
acceptable results, but I obviously
messed up.

Basic problem summary: I'd like to find a way to have
a table with no internal body row separators to draw
a row line if it is at the bottom of the page.
