Recommendations for FrameMaker 5.5 books?

Hi,

Our company was acquired recently and our writing group will be switching from Word 97 to FrameMaker 5.5 within the next few months. I'd like to order any (and all?) books that will help us get up to speed quickly. Do you smart folks have any recommendations?

BTW - I understand that Mastering FrameMaker 5.5 by Neuburger is highly regarded, but I can't locate a copy to buy. If one of you has an *extra* copy you would be willing to part with - I'll gladly pay your asking price!
