DeBabelizer, pros and cons

Hi all
Platform: NT, FM 5.5.3
We're considering purchasing Equilibrium DeBabelizer Pro 4.5 to clean up
graphics files (bitmaps of screen shots). Our needs are for clean images for
print and pdf, both printed and on screen.

Can anyone furnish pros and cons from using any debabelizer, especially
Equilibrium? What are the pitfalls, if any, to avoid?
