One way is to create a frame of the desired type in your template and place it on a reference page. Then whenever you need to create a new one for the first time in a day, you can copy the empty from the ref page and paste it in the body page. When I'm doing a lot of such frames, I'll try to insert the blanks in one working session, because as soon as you make the modifications, Frame will repeat the a.frame settings until you quit the application. It *might* be that using the ref page approach to paste a new frame will modify the frame default settings for a particular working session but I haven't tested that idea.
