Yes, but if there is a head1 somewhere on the current page, Frame concludes
that no look-back is needed. There is no plugin or viable way I know of to
stop this behavior, other than to make the running header variable a
header/footer marker rather than paragraph text, in which case you must
manually insert those markers strategically to get the behavior you want,
which is no fun at all.
