changing on-screen background color

As you all know, FrameMaker's default on-screen background colour is
white. I prefer to work with a grey background with black text, while
maintaining the same black text/white background colours for printed
output.  

I've scanned Adobe's knowledge base, only to find a solution for Unix
users to change the text colour. Does anyone know of a solution for
Win/Mac users?
