John- thanks for the kind words. I was initially nervous about posting my contact info, but have had no problems. People seem to be more willing to froth in public than in private one-on-one conversations.

Framers is an important resource to us, both in terms of shared problem-solving and hearing how people are using FrameMaker. Even when I don't have time to read through a day's batch of items, just watching the titles is useful for getting a sense of issues and problems.
