Re: Idea: Start of chapter with top of first line down the page



There's another way to do this, which I prefer (one less paragraph tag is 
always a good thing!). On the reference page, create a graphic which is just
an empty frame of the desired size -- use it as a "Frame Above Paragraph"
under the "Advanced" option of the paragraph designer.
