Dmitri, what do you mean by: The main problem of Japanese (really all CJK) DTP in non-CJK countries is hardware-protect of CID/OCF font solution. Are you attract to letter "J" at the end of printer names in the list of possible printers in J version of Windows? I am very interested because we are starting Japanese translations and DTP soon. We are working in a Windows environment and are currently installing Japnese Windows 98. Should you advise us to change to MAC for the CJK languages? And can we then produce reliable PDF and PostScript files? (PDF to be read in Windows, non CJK systems) What is CID/OCF? ** To unsubscribe, send a message to majordomo@omsys.com ** ** with "unsubscribe framers" (no quotes) in the body. **
