As a minimum two products support conversion from Interleaf to another
formats.

2. Former "Word-for-Word" from Mastersoft or
Adobe "Word-for-Word" 7.2  (other name "Adobe File Utilities 1.0").
This tool was closed with Adobe at 1996 too but work very well.
May be anybody from this list help you with a copy of unsupported
application.

Be note that this converters can to work with Ileaf text document
format only. If you have binary Ileaf documents it's need to resave as
ASCII with Interleaf.

To the point - you can print a lot of Ileaf documents to PostScript without 
opening from Ileaf Desktop directly.
