Frame uses a font called (naturally) "FrameFont".
I suspect that somehow it has gotten confused as to which font is
that font, or that font has been corrupted.

Check frame.ini to make sure that it is still pointing to FrameFont,
and that that font is still there.

If those are both still true, then I would reinstall Frame.
