We have the same problem here. My only additional suggestion is to try fiddling with the Print Setup -> Properties -> Advanced -> Document Options -> PostScript Options. There are two entries about sending Control-D commands before and after each job. You could try toggling those and seeing what happens. Like Keith, if we want the page facings to work out correctly, we print from a PDF file created from the book. --Ananda Banttari Tech. Doc. I always create a PDF and print from it just to make sure what I'm printing is what the service bureau will be printing since I give them PDFs.
