Subject: URGENT! FM 5.1.1 on iMac (OS 8.5.1)

I've been running Frame 5.1.1 (and 5.5.6) on Mac OS 8.5.1 without trouble for weeks (months?) on my 7300 (well, not MUCH trouble, anyway). Right now there's an urgent situation where we need to get 5.1.1 running on an iMac and we keep getting the "can't initialize font arrays" error no matter what the fonts are set to in the Appearance control panel. Anyone have a clue about this? Is there anyone successfully running this combination (iMac, OS 8.5.1, Frame 5.1.1)? And of course they want me to troubleshoot this over the phone (yargh!). Thanks, Adam Here's an old note about this problem (for the sake of those getting the digest, please snip this if you reply!): > > Julie Manley wrote: > >> Seh-La, >> >> We have an "in-progress" technical note on this problem.
