Options?  What options?  We don't know of any, for the native 
FrameMaker export to RTF...  one size fits nobody... <g>

OTOH, our mif2rtf filter has a couple hundred, in an .ini
file at the moment, but soon to be settable from a Designer
within FrameMaker... because we know that everyone has a
different set of filtering needs.
