Re: Border around a paragraph?



David,

I would suggest putting the paragraph in a one-row, one column table. 
Design a table tag that has the behaviour you seek.  It probably also
means that the paragraph itself will have to be tagged differently
than usual to give you the proper before/after behaviour.
