Hi All
Platform
Windows 95
Frame 5.5.3
Distiller Assistant 3.01
Distiller 3.02
Question
I have a small book (currently 61 pages) that I've distilled
using my default postscript printer (an HP Laserjet 4) to create a single file.
This printer is using the 4.2.3 driver. Everything works great, looks great. The
fonts are Stone Sans Serif and they look great at 100%.
During a test for a client, I tried distilling the same book
using the Distiller Assistant driver and sending it to a file called
distasst.ps. It, too, distills fine. No errors or anything like that. It
automatically put in my bookmarks, links, everything. However, when I view the
file at 100% the fonts look very fuzzy.
Same file, different driver. Same settings for Distiller 3.02.
Any comments on why the fonts look so fuzzy?
