Problem converting a FrameMaker-book with WebWorks Publisher

Hi framers,

With Adobe FrameMaker 7.1 on Windows XP, I'm trying to convert an
unstructured book to XML using the bundled version of WebWorks
Publisher. It creates XML-files of some of the files, but does not
complete the conversion. It crashes without any error log describing the
problem. I have tried convering the same book to HTML but get the same
result.

Anyone having an idea of what may be the problem? I have no problem
converting the book to pdf.
