Re: Changes to Framers

Lisa and framers,

I'd like to thank Lisa for posting to the Free Framers list:

I can only speak for myself, but I need something more than that.
I'd like to make a comparison with the TECHWR-L list, which also
is managed by Lisa. If you visit the following web page:
http://www.techwr-l.com/techwhirl/techwhirllist/index.html
you can check a lot of things before you chose to subscribe:
the posting rules, Terms of Service, policies, list FAQ, a
working archive. The entire Welcome Message is available online.

For the FrameUsers mailing list, *no info* is available. Nada.
Due to my (and others) bad experiences of the list in the past,
I need to see what has changed, if anything. If some documents
could be made available that address my concerns (which I've sent
to Lisa in private email), that would be great!

BTW, I'm sorry if any Free Framers think this discussion (and maybe
others) is of little interest to them in their daily struggle with FM.
However, I'm quite happy to help solving any problems you may have,
like I try to do on comp.text.frame and Adobe's User-to-user forums.
You just need to post the questions to the list!

Regards,
