Re: FrameMaker 2005 Chautauqua -- November 7-9, Raleigh NC USA



I agree with Thomas's comments. But also, why would
Adobe make any such announcements at a conference
which requires us to pay $650.00 to a training
company? Makes no sense at all from Adobe's
standpoint. So my guess is any such discussion of
FrameMaker's future at that conference will be one of
the following:

1. If Adobe really intends to produce a new FrameMaker
release, it will be announced publicly before the
conference occurs. Thus there will be no need to pay
$650 to hear about it.

OR

2. FrameMaker has no future that can be substantively
discussed at that conference, and anyone who ponies up
$650 mainly in the expectation of hearing anything
significant about FrameMaker's future will feel that
they've been scammed out of $650.
