Thread-topic: Acrobat 7 Batch Sequence Question
Thank you Rick. However, if you have more than one PDF file open (which happens occasionally), the Batch Sequence set to "Files Open In Acrobat" will run on ALL open files and not just on the active file. So yes, this works but you must make sure that your target PDF is the ONLY open file - otherwise, you may be unhappy with the results. So if there's a way (hopefully within Acrobat itself) that the Batch Sequence will only run on the active file, please let me know. Cheers, David David Schor Technical Publications Manager VCON Ltd. Under "2. Run commands on:" select "Files Open in Acrobat". This should give you what you are looking for.
