hi folks as a longer-term frame user (4.0-7.0) I can offer up my opinion that for quite awhile, now, that my staff and I reach for the better after-market guides (michanek, neuberger) in lieu of the adobe user doc. almost every time. in most every instance, that's where you will quickly find the "detailed and comprehensive" that you are looking for. fwiw. :) linda Linda Jackson Documentation Manager, WebTrends Engineering Web Analytics from NetIQ www.WebTrends.com v. 503.553.2382 f. 503 294 7130 -----Original Message----- From: Stuart Rogers [mailto:srogers@phoenix-geophysics.com] Sent: Monday, August 25, 2003 2:05 PM To: Ed Treijs Cc: 'framers@omsys.com' Subject: Re: Resolution to Frame 7.0 documentation puzzles As a lone writer with the company's only copy of FM 7, I do have a hard copy of the user guide. As far as I can tell, it is identical to the on-line help, except for having coloured (I'm also in Canada) illustrations, and page references where Help has hyperlinked topic names. I regret to say, you're probably not missing much save the opportunity to curl up on the couch with 660 pages of deathless prose.
