Hi all; A while back I posted regarding the lack of manuals with our Frame 7.0 distribution. > There most certainly *is* a printed user guide. We're on > Windows machines, and we got one for each license. Well, it seems that we purchased "licences" rather than "boxes". A licence means a CD-ROM, no manual. We are ordering one set manuals at something like $80. The user guide should be one of the online docs. I can't see any reason for not including a softcopy of the user guide, so that every Frame 7.0 installation (for example, in the case of a site licence) has access to a detailed reference. The online help is not a substitute for the user manual! (Okay, I'm thinking the user guide has to be more detailed and comprehensive than the online help!) We are in Canada. Perhaps we have a distinct licencing system here. Ed (maybe if we'd gotten "licenses" instead?)
