Since Adobe took over FrameMaker, the only certainty about what to expect in each new release is that the documentation (both printed and on-line) will decay in a manner which mirrors radioactive decay. That is, the half-life of the documentation is equal to the interval between new releases. Apparently Adobe regards this behavior as an inevitable and unavoidable natural phenomenon which reflects the corresponding rate of entropy in its tech pubs department..
