For Windows, the "natural" size for a bitmap is based on 96 DPI,
which you unfortunately must enter as a "custom" value.

I wish I knew!  It doesn't seem to be in the document MIF, or in
the maker.ini (or fmsgml.ini) file.  I'm afraid it's embedded in
the Frame program code...
