distiller error

I am using Frame 6 on a unix system and I have been encountering the
same distiller error with a lot of the postscript files I have been
producing from FrameMaker.  The error only seems to appear with files
which have tables in them (although it could be some other factor I'm
not seeing).  The error is "rgb color is used for text and line art". 
All of the colours I use are defined as CMYK and the tables only use
black or tinted black.
