This header file is no more part of the FDK since the version 6.0
(checked on MS Win platform). You could try to add the file to 7.0 from
5.5.6 and recompile the project. Hopefully it's still in the library.

AFAIK, nothing. But I looked at the header file and the function and
symbol names are promising!

I don't think this is a documentation error. It rather looks like
something useful was dropped from the API ;-(
