Frame 6p405 Acrobat 5.0.5 Windows 2000 I am getting undesirable results printing from Frame to Acrobat (or to an HP LaserJet 5MP). I have a set of documents in which a variable has been used to separate menu commands. For example, in the text: Choose File>Save. The > is not actually a greater than sign, but rather a variable named Arrow whose definition is: \st<Symbol>Æ<Default Font>\st The Symbol character tag is set to use Family=Symbol, Size=9pt; Stretch=100%, Spread=0%, Pair Kern, and all other properties are As Is. Everything looks right in FrameMaker, but when printing to Acrobat or our PS printer, the arrow symbol overprints the following character. For example, in: File>Save The arrowhead prints over the letter "S". I get the same result on multiple, similarly configured machines. The problem did not occur with the same files printed to Acrobat 4 last year. Any ideas about what's causing this or, especially, how to resolve it?
