I'm sure I knew this once... How can I make Frame assign values to UniqueID attributes, whether or not they are referred to by IDReference or IDREFs? I set (in an XML application/EDD) a UniqueID attribute on a suitable element as read-only and required. The DTD contains the appropriate attlist entry. On writing XML, however: . The IDs aren't set . I don't get any errors on export In its default HTML export, Frame does assign IDs to each element, so I know it can do it... thanks for any clues -- Mark Barratt Text Matters phone +44 (0)118 986 8313 fax +44 (0)118 931 3743 email markb@textmatters.com web http://www.textmatters.com ** To unsubscribe, send a message to majordomo@omsys.com ** ** with "unsubscribe framers" (no quotes) in the body. **
