Console message

The Frame 7 console just comnunicated a piece of wisdom whose depth I
cannot even begin to fathom: "maker: Unexpected purge 0080." And here I
thought Stalin had been dead these several years.

I have never seen this one before, I don't know what it means. -- The
Maker appears to be in good health, though, and is working as it is wont
to. Any takers re. this cryptic emanation from the console?
