Text inset & PDF links

In Frame 6.0, when I create a PDF from a Frame file with a text inset, the
cross-references in the text inset do not produce links in the PDF.

The cross-references from the rest of the file generate live links in the
PDF.

Has anyone had this problem and does anyone have a solution.
