All: Our manuals are exactly 193 x 250 mm. When we are checking PDFs in Acrobat Reader, we want to see these measurements in the status bar, not 7.6 x 9.85 in. However, for several of my colleagues, choosing Edit > Preferences in Acrobat, capable of editing documents, crashes it. On my machine it does not crash at all. My colleagues are running Windows XP, NT, and 2000. Any idea what is happening?
