Font smoothing for XP?

Hi;

Everyone was so great about fixing my font problem on my Windows 2000 
machine.

I'm having the same problem on Windows XP - but I cannot figure out 
where to click on "Font Smoothing"...

Sorry to ask a seemingly dumb question, but is there an equivalent 
setting for XP?
