The problem is very simple. The font named in the error message you received is either a TrueType font (most likely) or an OpenType font (less likely at this point) for which (1) the font vendor specifically prohibits embedding the particular font in PDF files or (2) the font vendor improperly created the font to prevent embedding in the PDF file. Contact the provider of the font to ascertain whether the problem is either (1) or (2) above. If (1), you really don't have much choice other than to reformat your document with a different font. NOTE that is isn't an issue of what Adobe allows, but rather what your font vendor allows. - Dov PS: Advise us as to the name of the font. It might be a font that we "know about."
