"Should", yes. But there may be limitations specified (I don't have FM7).
And EPS support really is platform-dependent.

There's been a couple of recent user reports that have been allegedly 
confirmed by Adobe's FM support. I don't have access to them right now, 
but you can search either the FrameUsers archive or the Adobe User-to-user
forum archive.

I'm afraid you have to experiment with different preview formats and check
what works on both AIX and Windows. Especially TIFF has so many variants
that it's difficult to say what will work or not.
