On SourceForge, you can "monitor" any forum, which
means when someone posts to it, sf.net emails you
the post.  So if you go in and monitor the "Open 
Discussion" forum for this project at:
 https://sourceforge.net/forum/forum.php?forum_id=161649
you'll see what is going on.  I think you can also
use the Trackers to follow bug reports <g>, feature
requests, and new releases, from here:
 https://sourceforge.net/projects/omnihelp/
