Good question!  Let's use one of the SourceForge public forums
for the project; the link is below the tracker info on the main
page, or directly at:
  https://sourceforge.net/forum/?group_id=49156

The "Open Discussion" forum would be the place to start... that
way I can collate comments and do new draft versions.  Or maybe
someone else will volunteer to do this... ;-)
