LaTeX to FrameMaker Conversion

Hello Framers,

  Has anyone used any conversion tools to convert LaTex to
  FrameMaker (any version) and, if so, can you shed a little
  light on the operation as to cleanliness of transfer, ease of
  conversion, pitfalls, gotchas, and so forth.

  We're looking at doing some of this on an upcoming project and
  I want to find out what I may be getting into--how deep is this
  water <g>?

  While this may be somewhat unimportant to normal FrameMaker
  users day to day tasks, feel free to contact me off list. When
  (and if) I get some responses, I'll report a condensed version
  back on the list.
