On Windows, it's in your maker.ini file, in the [Fonts] section. You want this entry: DisplayUsingPrinterMetrics=On By default, this is set to Off, which supposedly gives "nicer" spacing of characters on screen (using "screen metrics" to control character width/spacing). Setting it to On provides a more accurate representation of line lengths when printed (using "printer metrics" for width/spacing). If you sometimes wonder why Frame pushes a word to the next line when it looks like there's plenty of room for it, that's the "screen metrics" display fooling you. Change this setting to On, and you'll see that there really isn't room for the word. HTH! Richard ------ Richard G.
