Before doing the select_all/group/center/ungroup routine, create a window sized rectangle. It is now 'last' or frontmost, and everything else should center on the graphic just created. Then just delete the temp graphic, after ungrouping, of course. Select_all graphics/copy/pasting into another graphic frame could also work. This trick of creating a temporary graphic can be used for alignments, sizing, moving, etc. and can be a great time saver. If there is only one object, nothing at all happens. Distribute does you no good either. I was sure something like this would work, and spent a while experimenting, but finally was reduced to the process I described above... ;-) -- Surfy! http://www.surfy.com Great web search, free web email, and $9.95 unlimited Internet access Powered by Outblaze ** To unsubscribe, send a message to majordomo@omsys.com ** ** with "unsubscribe framers" (no quotes) in the body. **
